Graduate Students are welcome to view the following handbooks. These Graduate Handbooks are updated yearly and contain all the relevant information about being a graduate student in the Chemical Engineering and Materials Science Dept.

This handbook gives you information about what to expect when getting started as a new graduate student, provides information about fees and finances, and summarizes requirements for getting the degree. The handbook also lists some campus resources, and discusses life in Davis and keeping balance during your time here.

All graduate students in the Department are supported financially for the normal course of study. Each applicant should be sure to state his/her interest in financial support in his/her application. Funding is avaliable for graduate students in the form of Fellowships and Research Assistantships. In addition, each PhD Student serves as a teaching assistant for two quarters.
