Scott received his B.S. in chemical engineering from
Lehigh University in 2001 and his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from U.C. Davis in 2005. His research focuses
on advanced statistical modeling for complex and voluminous data sets, with emphasis on monitoring of chemical processes
and environmental systems. During his post-doctoral research, Scott has published several peer-reviewed journal articles in the
field of air quality. He currently manages studies funded by Central Califorina Ozone Study (CCOS) and
Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD).
